We’re looking for a Utility Success Specialist who will roll up their sleeves and serve our water utility clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will help craft the company’s client success strategies, building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent client experiences.     Objectives of this Role

    • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of client satisfaction.

    • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.

    • Maintain and develop client success strategies and best practices, as well as client support content, with the help of the team.

    • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand client needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.

    • Maintain existing client success metrics and data as directed.


    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities of this Role

    • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.

    • Review the client journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.

    • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time.

    • Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members.

    • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement.

    • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill client references and develop case studies.

You will be at the forefront of a best-in-class sales process finding qualified customer leads for our machine learning models for calculating failure probabilities and remaining lifetime for water pipes. We are looking for talented and passionate individual who is not afraid to challenge themselves by working on new initiatives and new technologies. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, working alongside the co-founders and other key founding members.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:



    • Promotes the sales of product(s) and service(s) to customers including prospective outreach, lead generation and qualification for hand-offs to Account Executives (AE’s)

    • Generates periodic and as-needed forecasts to support business decisions by the management team

    • Keeps CRM updated with all deals, contacts, and customer communication

    • Will target clients of varying sizes as determined by management

    • Initial sales targets will be all water utilities required to report on lead service pipes (targets may be adjusted periodically)
