  • Sales Development Representative – OLD

    Job Description 

    Do you want to be part of a talented team to save water for millions of people and save billions of dollars? We are a startup using multiple data elements (pipe age, material and length, leak history, weather, soil type, etc.) to create models to predict pipe leaks, find lead pipes quickly, and highlight probable wastewater incidents.

    VODA.ai is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Greece to join us in our mission to save water using Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will be at the forefront of a best-in-class sales process finding qualified customer leads for our machine learning models for calculating failure probabilities and remaining lifetime for water pipes. We are looking for talented and passionate individual who is not afraid to challenge themselves by working on new initiatives and new technologies. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, working alongside the co-founders and other key founding members.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

     

    Selling

    • Promotes the sales of VODA.ai product(s) and service(s) to customers including prospective outreach, lead generation and qualification for hand-offs to Account Executives (AE’s)

    • Generates periodic and as-needed forecasts to support business decisions by the management team

    • Keeps CRM updated with all deals, contacts, and customer communication

    • Will target clients of varying sizes as determined by management

    • Initial sales targets will be all water utilities required to report on lead service pipes (targets may be adjusted periodically)

     

    Sales Team Interaction

    • Will engage with AE’s and provide qualified customer leads and manage lead transition

    • May support the training and development of other SDR’s

    • Will engage with outside sales team as needed

     

    Company Support

    • Will support the company in its efforts to envision, create, and sell products and services that delight water utility industry professionals

    • Will interact internally with data science and UI teams as needed

    • Participates in strategic and tactical planning

    • Manages customer issue escalation

    • Supports general marketing activities

     

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success.

    • Excellent English verbal and writing skills, good project management, and strategic thinking.

    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.

    • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.

  • Web Developer – GR

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking an experienced Full-stack Web developer to join us in our mission to save water using Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will be at the forefront of creating best-in-class web-based tools used by water utilities worldwide.
    We are looking for a talented and passionate individual who is not afraid to challenge themselves by working on new initiatives and new technologies. This is a remote working position anywhere in Greece, full-time (40 hours per week).

     

    Who you are:

    A software engineer with experience in developing and maintaining web applications (APIs, Web servers, etc) end-to-end. You have a passion for building applications and maintaining IT infrastructure that delivers great customer experience and enjoy writing code.
    You are comfortable working in a startup environment where you will be collaborating closely with other members of a software product team. You want your role to have a big impact and a strong voice within a fast-paced and growing company.

     

    Requirements: 

    • Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end Web technologies.
    • BSc degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (or Typescript) and at least another high-level programming language (e.g. Golang, Python).

  • Digital Marketing Specialist – GR

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote Digital Marketing Specialist. As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable ROI. Day-to-day tasks may include managing HubSpot campaigns, creating content across multiple channels, running paid media campaigns, analyzing marketing metrics, and maintaining the company website.

     

    Requirements: 

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (specifically B2B or B2G)
    • Proficiency in HubSpot, including lead nurturing, campaign automation, and marketing attribution tracking
    • In-depth experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, search, events, partners)

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager – US & GR

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to build and lead a best-in-class outbound sales organization. As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities in American water utilities, defining performance metrics and KPIs to monitor your team with a data-driven approach. Day-to-day tasks include having daily touchpoints with your team, guiding them on responses and next steps for prospects, and working with our sales team to target different ICPs and tailor outreach to those niches.

     

    Qualifications: 

    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams — having experience managing people is non-negotiable
    • Expertise with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM certification preferred)
    • Outbound sales experience
    • Must be completely proficient, fluent, and mostly natural in English (written, spoken)
    • Experience in SaaS Sales
    • Attention to detail and an avid curiosity
    • Ability to work 9 AM – 5PM EST hours as a contractor

  • Business Development Manager – AEC – US

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote Business Development Manager – AEC. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) consulting firms to drive adoption of VODA.ai’s solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the AEC market. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing commercial strategies targeting AEC firms, building relationships with key stakeholders, presenting tailored demos, collaborating with internal teams, and traveling to meet with clients and attend industry events.

     

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum of 3 years’ applicable engineering experience working for an AEC firm in the water or wastewater sector, working directly for a water or wastewater utility, or similar experience to show strong experience
    • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2G sales, ideally within the AEC or related industries (e.g., water utilities or technology   solutions) is preferred
    • Strong understanding of AEC firms’ business models, workflows, and challenges in the water and wastewater sector
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote Data Engineer to work on our innovative LLM project. As part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing data systems that support our AI-driven solutions. Your work will ensure seamless data integration, security, and accessibility, enabling the continuous improvement of our predictive models. You will design and manage databases to store user queries and model responses (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB), implement ETL pipelines to process and organize user data, and ensure secure storage of sensitive information using encryption techniques.   • Graphic Designer – Video – GR

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking a part-time remote Graphic Designer. There is potential for this role to have a range of 20-40 hours per week of work. As part of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality content with a focus on video. Day-to-day tasks may include creating product videos, customer testimonial videos, short 30-90 second ad videos, and more. Plus, GIFs and other high-impact content that can make our content more engaging.

     

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design (specifically for clients in the B2B or B2G sectors)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with professional video editing tools, like Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere – and you stay on top of the latest AI-driven tools to work smarter and deliver high-quality content efficiently.
    • Familiarity with all things video – you’ll have opinions on the best way to embed, deliver, and otherwise use the content you’re creating.
