  • Sales Development Representative – OLD

    Job Description 

    Do you want to be part of a talented team to save water for millions of people and save billions of dollars? We are a startup using multiple data elements (pipe age, material and length, leak history, weather, soil type, etc.) to create models to predict pipe leaks, find lead pipes quickly, and highlight probable wastewater incidents.

    VODA.ai is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Greece to join us in our mission to save water using Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will be at the forefront of a best-in-class sales process finding qualified customer leads for our machine learning models for calculating failure probabilities and remaining lifetime for water pipes. We are looking for talented and passionate individual who is not afraid to challenge themselves by working on new initiatives and new technologies. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, working alongside the co-founders and other key founding members.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

     

    Selling

    • Promotes the sales of VODA.ai product(s) and service(s) to customers including prospective outreach, lead generation and qualification for hand-offs to Account Executives (AE’s)

    • Generates periodic and as-needed forecasts to support business decisions by the management team

    • Keeps CRM updated with all deals, contacts, and customer communication

    • Will target clients of varying sizes as determined by management

    • Initial sales targets will be all water utilities required to report on lead service pipes (targets may be adjusted periodically)

     

    Sales Team Interaction

    • Will engage with AE’s and provide qualified customer leads and manage lead transition

    • May support the training and development of other SDR’s

    • Will engage with outside sales team as needed

     

    Company Support

    • Will support the company in its efforts to envision, create, and sell products and services that delight water utility industry professionals

    • Will interact internally with data science and UI teams as needed

    • Participates in strategic and tactical planning

    • Manages customer issue escalation

    • Supports general marketing activities

     

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success.

  • Account Executive Northeast – US

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai seeking a full-time remote Account Executive. As part of the team, you will be responsible for driving the B2G sales process for our AI-based SaaS solutions for water and wastewater utilities. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting product demonstrations, attending trade shows, maintaining partner relationships, and managing the entire sales funnel from qualified leads to closing deals. You’ll be working with director and manager level executives at utilities and engineering firms, representing our cutting-edge technology with the professionalism of a well-established company.

     

    Qualifications:    

    •   Previous experience working with utility or government SaaS (experience in water/wastewater industry preferred)

  • Business Development Manager – AEC US

    Role Description: 

    VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote Business Development Manager – AEC. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) consulting firms to drive adoption of VODA.ai’s solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the AEC market. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing commercial strategies targeting AEC firms, building relationships with key stakeholders, presenting tailored demos, collaborating with internal teams, and traveling to meet with clients and attend industry events.

     

    Qualifications:    

    • Minimum of 3 years’ applicable engineering experience working for an AEC firm in the water or wastewater sector, working directly for a water or wastewater utility, or similar experience to show strong domain knowledge in asset management or hydraulic modeling for utilities
    • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2G sales, ideally within the AEC or related industries such as water utilities or technology solutions.
    • Strong understanding of AEC firms’ business models, workflows, and challenges in the water and wastewater sector
